10.12.2021The Commission for Protection of Competition established abuse of dominant position, committed by "Dr. G. Stranski university multiprofile hospital for active treatment" EADBy Decision No 1204/09.12.2021 delivered under case No. КЗК-288/2020, the CPC found that "Dr. G. Stranski university multiprofile hospital for active treatment" EAD committed an abuse of dominant position by unjustified refusal to enter into a contract for the provision of services by a nuclear medical laboratory, which impedes the participation of medical establishments in the markets for diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary thromboembolism without fibrinolytics and for diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary thromboembolism with a fibrinolytic.

15.11.2021CPC has addressed allegations for committed abuse of dominant position under art. 21 of the LPC and art. 102 of the TFEU by LUKOIL Neftohim Burgas AD and LUKOIL Bulgaria EOODGiven the socio-economic importance of fuels, due to their direct impact on the entire Bulgarian economy and on the prices of goods and services offered on the Bulgarian market, within the initiated antitrust proceedings the Commission conducted an analysis of the competitive environment of the markets in the chain of sales of automotive fuels.

01.06.2022The Commission for Protection of Competition established prohibited agreements between “Industrial Commerce” EOOD and its dealers of new vehicles and spare parts under the Hyundai brandBy Decision No. 390/26.05.2022, the CPC established committed infringements of Article 15, paragraph 1, p. 1, 2 and 3 of the LPC by Industrial Commerce EOOD, Alexiev EOOD, Technocar EOOD and ET Mototechnika Hristo Hristov. The proceedings before the CPC was initiated after a final Decision № 7559 / 23.06.2021 of the Supreme Administrative Court on administrative case № 3963/2017 which held partial annulment of decision № 1292/2012 of the CPC. The case is referred back to the Commission for a new decision according to the instructions of the court.
